I've been drawing for as long as I can remember and I've always wanted to be a cartoonist and animator. When I was 8 years old I started drawing comics on paper. I gave them out to my friends at school and they liked it.
As I drew more, my art style started getting better and eventually my friends came to know my work as Wakadooey comics.
A lot of my characters have been influenced by the things I love to watch and read. I like cartoon comics like The Beano and I'm also a big fan of cartoon styles like Storytime animation on YouTube.
I'm also into cartoons on TV such as Adventure Time, The Amazing world of Gumball and Regular Show. As well modern cartoons and comics, I have been influenced by work from Nick Park, Ray Harryhausen and Matt Groening and old comics from charity shops like Topper and Beezer. I'm also quite a fan of digital internet comics made by theodd1sout and CubeMelt.
